Aberdovey RNLI crew face rough conditions in windsurfer rescue

The volunteer RNLI crew at Aberdovey faced a four-metre breaking swell to reach a windsurfer in trouble on Aberdovey Bar. The station’s inshore Atlantic class RNLI lifeboat launched at 12.35pm this afternoon after a man was spotted drifting out to sea in Force 6 conditions.
